El manga Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha ViVid de Masaki Tsuzuki y Takuya Fujima será adaptado al anime para televisión.

El manga se desarrolla cuatro años después del incidente JS en Magical Girl Lyrical Nanoha StrikerS, y está protagonizado por Vivio Takamichi, una estudiante de cuarto de primaria en la Academia de Magia St. Hilde. Vivio ha aprendido a conjurar su forma adulta y recibe su propio dispositivo mágico, el Sacred Heart, de Nanoha, y le promete a esta que nunca lo usará para hacer el mal. Entonces un día aparece una misteriosa chica y toma como objetivo a Vivio.

Tsuzuki y Fujima daban comienzo al manga en la Comp Ace de Kadokawa en mayo de 2009, habiéndose lanzado su tomo recopilatorio número doce el pasado mes de julio.
